Dr.Ankur Chopra was very patient to listen to my mother’s concern and worked with her to address all her concerns and addressed to her satisfaction. Not only he helped address her audio concerns by helping with the right calibration of the machine but also psychologically helped her feel better about the situation.

We are truly grateful to Hearing point and their facilitator Ms Gunjan ,specialised in speech therapy, for all the efforts put in by Ma'am and the staff (my son's favorite as he fondly called her Gungun didi) ...all of them were a huge part of his progress in speech and motivated him throughout. A year ago, i was in distress as our son communicated only through gestures..however, after thorough evaluation, we approached Hearing point..and we are glad that we did...six months of therapy and today, Our son fully interacts with anyone and everyone around. Though, clarity needs work..but to me he has come a long way..he is work in progress. Thankful to you all🙏

My experience with Hearing Point has not been very good. Ankur and his team are courteous, but i am forced to suspect their competence.
I bought a hearing aid from them a couple of months ago. Within a few days one machine stopped working. I thought it must be a problem with my understanding of how to use it. So I went back. They fixed it but it stopped working a few hours later. I called to find a solution. I was given some quick fix solutions that did not work. I sent the aid back to them with a request that they should test it for a few days, do a RCA, fix the problem and return it to me. They returned the machine 10 days later saying that they had done the needful and that the aid was working fine. They did not explain what had been done. The problem remained which was as follows.
I have a serious hearing loss in the left ear and minor loss in the right. I could not hear from the left ear even with the aid and the right one was noisy. I complained again. A quick fix solutions was given again but nothing changed. Completely disappointed, I took the new aid to a someone else. He diagnosed the following.
My audiometry test done by hearing point was incorrect. The hearing aid for the right ear was more powerful than was required. The hearing aid of the left ear was not configured properly. I had no choice but to go back to hearing point to replace the receiver for the right ear. This was done, but once again the settings of both the ears were messed up. My hearing aid that cost me a bomb is once again lying in the box, useless.
I am disappointed and dissatisfied. I will neither go back to hearing point again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Really Excellent Doctor Chopra for all Hearing Problems and gives best Hearing Aids and also helps for tuming etc.

I recently visited Hearing Point with my brother for his checkups and tests, and we had a great experience overall. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Hearing point is good service. I’m so thankful to have found such an outstanding place for myself, can able to hearing sounds on both new hearing aids. Really cool to notice new hearing aids. They are good technology on this 2024. Better than old hearing aid in the past. On bluetooth can pair with your Apple iPhone. You can hear every sound when someone speaks you or any noise coming to you. It’s good. I thank you hearing point service.
